Jayshree Patel is a senior partner for Blue Water Capital Advisors. She has over 20 years of commercial brokerage experience as well as owning small businesses. Jayshree has helped clients closed 1000s of loans over the years with different types of financing structures.

Growing up in the hospitality industry and running small businesses has given her an edge on what type of financing clients need for their project. With the strong relationships she has built with lenders over the years, she is able to get deals done that may have not been doable. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Real Estate and Finance from California State University – San Bernardino.
