James Rath is a managing partner for Blue Water Capital Advisors. He has 15 years of commercial banking experience with majority of his banking career being on the credit side of lending. During his banking career, he has been involved in over 1000 SBA and conventional loan closings making sure that the loans were SBA eligible and credit worthy. James has been exposed to numerous industries and different types of loans. Loan types ranging from acquisitions, construction, debt consolidation, renovations, working capital and more.

James continues to keep up to date with the SBA’s SOP and provides free consultation to anyone on SBA topics. He is able to help clients with creative solutions to make their projects likeable by banks. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Finance from Georgia Institute of Technology.
