Blue Water Capital Advisors is a firm that specializes in assisting clients with all financing needs.  We are called intermediaries, commercial loan brokers or originators.  We are not a lending institution and have connections with lenders nationwide to accommodate financing for clients up to $50 million.

Responsibilities

-        Acquire new clients that are in need of financing

-        Guide new clients through the lending process and help facilitate closings of loans

-        Maintain high level of customer service with clients, lenders and other 3rd party vendors
