Purchase commercial real estate with as little as 10% down!


The SBA program allows for buyers to put as little as 10% down towards the purchase or commercial real estate. This 10% can consist of the buyer’s cash equity of 5% and seller financing of 5%. There are many ways to get creative to meet this 10% equity requirement.

There are cases where you can put 0% down if it is considered a business expansion meaning if you have been leasing a property for a certain amount of time, the lender can consider it a business expansion and there would be no down payment requirement. However, many lenders would still want a certain % to be injected towards the purchase.
