Based on the project and purpose, the rates all vary.

- For SBA 7a loans, starts at WSJ Prime + 0.5%.

- For Conventional loans, fixed starting at the high 6%s  and variable starting at WSJ Prime Rate.

- For SBA 504 loans, blended rates will be in the 7%s.
