Team members at BWCA have extensive banking experience and have closed over 1000s of SBA and non-SBA loans in their banking careers, we are well aware of documents lender will request and questions that may be asked.

There are times where lenders will need convincing on the borrower’s part to move forward with the loan process. We are able to explain how weaknesses are mitigated and strengths of the overall project. With our team’s prior banking experience and small business operations, we are able to understand both views and get through the bank’s underwriting process.
