Changes to SBA Policy

There was a recent update in the eligibility requirements for 7(a) and 504 loans.  As of March 7, 2025, all loans under the 7(a) and 504 program must have 100% ownership by U.S. Citizens, U.S. Nationals or Lawful Permanent Residents.

Another requirement update is that the business location must be in the U.S. and the loan funds must benefit the U.S. based entity.
